Photography Terms of Use

Welcome to JNC Media Group. By accessing or using our photography services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using JNC Media Group's services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Services Provided
JNC Media Group specializes in real estate photography and related services. Our services include, but are not limited to, photographic sessions, editing, and delivery of images.
3. Ownership of Photographs
All photographs and images created by JNC Media Group are the exclusive property of JNC Media Group. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the photographs, including copyright. Clients and third parties are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any photographs without prior written consent from JNC Media Group.
4. License for Use
Upon full payment for services rendered, JNC Media Group grants clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for the purpose of marketing the property for sale. This license does not permit modification of the photos or the use of the photographs for any other purpose without express written permission from JNC Media Group.
5. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay in full for all services provided by JNC Media Group as outlined in the service agreement. Payments are due upon completion of the photography session or as otherwise specified in the agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
JNC Media Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the photographs provided.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washinton.
